Luis has taken the complexity of Microsoft Teams and made it usable for us.  We’re a small, remotely-connected team, working in a pressured and dynamic non-profit environment.  These applications within Office 365 platform designed for corporations must also work for us and Luis, with his wealth of experience in both using and teaching Microsoft office, has tamed this many-headed dragon for us. 

Being able to use office 365 Teams and SharePoint enables our team to communicate, collaborate on documents, manage tasks and workflows, at a scale that works for us.  Luis also sourced, became familiar with and then taught “GANTT” an an open-source project management application, again to the scale needed for the kinds of projects we typically run.  All while maintaining a sense of humor.  One of Luis’ great skills is in tailoring MS to fit the needs of your organization. I personally find the Excel course of high importance: I was able to expand my knowledge of Excel immensely – learned plenty of new methods and techniques of data analysis, particularly in the part of pivot tables. I use this instrument in my work, and Luis’s instructions enriched my knowledge and analytical toolbox significantly.
